After being the talk of the town all throughout winter, the truly unique Magic Roundabout is all set to blow minds once more with their exciting summer schedule and host of brand new additions.

After closing to fully redesign and transform the space—which if you somehow didn’t know is located literally in the middle of Old Street Roundabout and accessed via a secret staircase in the tube station—it will reopen to press on Wednesday April 12th, then to the public on the 18th. Form this time, it will operate seven days a week from 7am Monday to Friday for coffee and pastries, courtesy of artisan independent traders and organic espresso makers, Host Coffee, as well as offering breakfast, lunch and dinner each and every day.

The brand new themed areas for this season include Far Out Fantasia, which is inspired by the classic 1940’s film we all know and love, and will be a dreamy garden scape complete with grass for lounging on and a real stone fountain. Then there is Bassano’s which invites you to step back in time as you enter Bassano’s retro seaside bar and diner, accessed via a real sandy beach. Finally, the Main Bar is the main dance floor and VIP area and are getting a Bollywood inspired makeover with palaces and peacocks, a riot of colour and texture, all fit for a fine summer.

New and mouthwatering traders will also be added in the form of Magic favourite’s Burger Bear and White Men Cant Jerk, and all that is on top of Skins, who deal in rich, fried buttery potato skins loaded with endless flavour combinations that compliment craft beer, late nights and good times.

There is also a fourth new bar at the venue to ensure you can get a cold pint quickly, even on the busiest of days. Throughout summer, The Magic Roundabout will also be hosting a veritable feast of fun including a series of pre-parties for Egg LDN, a super exciting takeover by XOYO in June and a Family Fun Day and The UK Chilli Cookoffs in May.
